We have the skills and experience to help customers in the renewables sector including both onshore wind operators and offshore turbines. With re-powering onshore sites becoming more and more common, we can undertake gearbox refurbishing to extend original design life at an existing location or when turbines are put into service at a new location.
- Main gearbox inspection and report (on-site boroscopic inspection and reporting combined with a VA report through a partner company)
- Main gearbox repair and rebuild, particularly for 100kW and 500kW main drive gearboxes
- Yaw and pitch slew gearbox repairs and replacements
- Yaw and pitch slew bearing replacements and upgrades
