Statement regarding COVID-19: Update

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we at Dana SAC UK have been continuing to work within government guidelines to maintain the service level all our customers both require and deserve.

Our principal priority is to maintain the safety and health of our staff, customers and suppliers, and our strict safety measures continue to minimise disruption to business.

As government policy indicates that more employees can return to the workplace, particularly within the manufacturing sector, we are here to help these businesses get back up and running. The measures we have taken ensure that staff are protected, and we can reassure our customers that they still have the support from Dana SAC UK and the stock and service they need:

• Customer service, Aftersales service, Technical and Engineering support are all available to all our customers.
• Our Warehouse and our In-house Service teams are functioning at both our Warrington and Scunthorpe sites, where staff are segregated and operating to strict Dana and government guidelines regarding safe working and social distancing.
• We have safe procedures in place for goods in / goods out, again working to government guidelines.
• Customers can access stocks both from within the UK and from the global Dana SAC network.
• Service and repair of gearboxes and winches of all manufacturers is available from both our sites in Warrington & Scunthorpe, where we deal with all requirements from standard maintenance to emergency repair.
• We are offering total support in all aspects of our business for all our customers, by phone, email and Skype.

In uncertain and rapidly changing times, we are here to support our staff and customers and to provide customers with the best products, servicing and technical and engineering expertise to support their businesses.
