As a natural extension of the existing joint venture, “Leonessa Brevini Yancheng”, Brevini UK are pleased to announce that they have now signed a commercial cooperation agreement to further develop the partnership and mutual interests of both companies.

La Leonessa slew bearings (ranging from Ø300 to Ø4000mm) are very commonly used along with a Brevini slew gearboxes and the partnership now means that Brevini UK can fully support and supply the full package drive system for slewing applications, as well as exclusively representing the solid ring slew bearing range of La Leonessa within the UK market.

This development and the package supply approach brings a number of benefits to the market, including;

• Complete UK support for the La Leonessa range of solid ring slew bearings
• Reduced number of interfaces for the machine builder to manage
• Local available support (pre and post sales) for the complete drive train solution

All leading to reduced costs and reduced risks for machine builders.
